I'll just share a quick story with you. I'm being treated for high blood

pressure, not life threatening but high enough often enough for my doctor

to put me on some medication. I monitor my blood pressure on my own

but it seems like every time I see my doctor it's really high again.

I had a theory as to why but hadn't had the opportunity to prove it.

Just a week ago, I had a follow up with my doctor in the late afternoon.

I had had a really stressful day and now I faced commuter traffic!!!!!

Great my blood pressure would be registering out of this world.

So I took a deep breath put in your CD and hit the road.

Before I knew it I was at my doctor's office feeling really

relaxed. Well let me tell you how surprised I was when

they took my blood pressure and it was nice and low. Lower
